- Service providers — e.g. Cloudflare Workers for form processing, email delivery services — bound by confidentiality obligations

Some service providers (such as Cloudflare) may process data on servers located outside New Zealand. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information receives comparable protection, in line with IPP 12 of the Privacy Act 2020.
